Can you make 3D-floorplan out of any sketch or blueprint?
We can create a 3D-floorplan out of any sketch or blueprint which contains at least one horizontal and one vertical dimension. If your sketch doesn't have any dimensions we will be unable to scale it properly.
Do these prices includes furniture arrangements?
No, these prices are given for floorplans without furniture. The price includes setting of walls, windows, doors and basic bath equipment. You will receive a ready to use 3D-floorplan where you or your clients will then be able to arrange the furniture for yourself.
Does these prices include choice of decorative materials for walls, floor and ceiling?
No. Walls, floor and ceiling are provided with the standard finishing. You will receive a ready to use 3D-floorplan where you or your clients will then be able to choose proper decorative materials for walls, floor and ceiling yourself.
How do you calculate the price if a home/apartment consists of more than one floor?
Each floor counts as a separate floorplan.
If a floorplan has oblique walls, could you create them?
No, it is not currently possible to create oblique walls for the time being.
Could you create podium floor elevation?
No, it is not currently possible to create floor elevations for the time being.
Could you create a complicated ceiling?
No, it is not currently possible to create complicated ceiling for the time being.
